Problem
Primary post traumatic slap lession of the antero-superior portion of the labrum.
Procedure
Arthroscopic reconstrution.with re-absorable plugs.
Basic English
Four incisions, scrape away torn tissue, rasp bone, drill holes in bone, insert directonal wire, drop re-absorable plugs down into holes, hammer plugs through labrum tissue into bone bringing bicep tendom back into place. Bob's your uncle. Piece of piss. No wuckin' furries (furry's)
1/ torn tissue, being scraped
2/ bone being rasped in preparation for drill.
3/ Don't know what this is, looks like somebody's finger poking around
4/ More tissue munching, plus close up of doctors glove
5/ little extra rasping of rotator cuff bone and finished re-attached tendom (bottom left)
4 incisions, 6 stitches, pommy bloke assists (bad sign, chronic ball droppers as a nation but apparently plays a good game). Supposed to be local anasthetic but nerve block is supplemented by happy pill with amnesiatic effects, however vivid memory of shaving of armpit, request by four hospital staff to strip naked and put on paper pants - impolitely declined - basis of argument, 'it's my f&*king shoulder' ,head restraint, pure white spittle, surgeon sweating while hammering plugs like James Woods in a minor role.

Calgarian awaits new 007

Today's announcement of who the next James Bond will be is of special interest to one Calgarian with family ties to the famous franchise.
Sharon Broccoli is the cousin of Albert "Cubby" Broccoli, who first brought Ian Fleming's secret agent to the screen. Since Cubby's death, his daughter, Barbara, and son, Michael Wilson, have been producing the Bond movies. Sharon has lived in Calgary for the past 14 years and runs and teaches classes at Actors Academy International.
Today, they are expected to reveal which actor will replace Pierce Brosnan for the next Bond flick, Casino Royale.
And while the odds-on favourite is actor Daniel Craig -- best known from roles in Layer Cake and Road To Perdition -- Sharon says there's only one actor she thinks could do 007 justice.
"Russell Crowe -- there's somebody who would make a great James Bond. He's got everything -- he's got the age, the experience, the charisma and the bankability."
